The compound wall shall be constructed on a size stone masonry foundation with a minimum width of 450mm (1.5 feet) and a minimum depth of 600mm (2 feet). The foundation shall be laid on compacted hard soil. Bed concrete of a minimum thickness of 80mm shall be provided below the foundation. The compound wall shall be plastered and painted as per the plastering and painting specifications. |

The individual foundation is considered. For foundations beyond five feet in depth, an extra cost of Rs. 35/ sqft shall be incurred per one foot of increase in depth. |
SSM will be charged additionally. |
For raising the Finished Floor Level on the ground floor beyond 1.5 feet from the existing ground level, an extra cost of approximately Rs. 35/ per sqft shall be incurred per foot of rising. |
Dewatering during excavation/backfilling if required shall be charged as per actuals |
Transportation of excavated earth is included only up to 30 metres from the construction site. Backfilling shall be done using excavated soil only. Backfilling using burrowed earth shall be charged for material and transportation. |
All the government-related sanction plans, temporary & permanent electrical connections, water connections will be charged additional.The client has to bear the charges for water supply needed for the construction and monthly temporary electrical bills. |
